A bit of trim work with a dremel fixed that problem by opening holes for the bumper feet and the bottom fit up flush with the laptops underside. Then found that the rear edge where the bottom clamshell is supposed to clip onto the back edge of the laptop would not clip on because the shape of the laptop. This was cured by carefully heating the two edge parts that were supposed to clip on with a BIC lighter and bending them in enough so they would clip on to the back edge of the laptop...the part of the clamshell that goes on the lid of the computer fit perfectly. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Didn't fit my Acer Aspire *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 28, 2013* This didn't fit my computer; didn't realize there were so many versions of the same brand/model of this Laptop, all of which have slightly different dimensions.Too bad that the cover isn't made of a flexible rubber compound, so it could be stretched to fit slightly different dimensions.:( ### ⭐⭐⭐ Decent value for the price. *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 16, 2014* Did well.
