The straps criss-cross around the headrest and hug it securely. No wobble. The mirror has great reflective clarity and is connected to the mount with an adjustable swivel mount enabling you to swivel it up/down/left/right to whatever angle needed for you to see the mirror from your vehicle rearview mirror while driving. Adds great sense of security while transporting a rear-facing child in a car seat. My rear headrests are narrow and less deep than the front, but the straps allow it to adjust to the best fit.
