Look up "asus customer support" and see all the other people saying the exact same thing - this is clearly a systemic problem. This is not the premium product it's pretending to be.

I'm coming from some eero 6 pros, these are such a nice change. Nothing is locked behind a subscription, just as easy to setup, same speeds, and so far the updates don't cause half my smart devices to disconnect.
