### ⭐ Awful results that are nothing like their videos, and required just as much ironing afterwards

Before I criticise this device, I will first say that it _can_ be useful for smoothing out the most aggressive creases, or just making it easier to iron. I'll give it that. But it's quality is low on every other measurable metric. 1. It is poorly designed. It's very difficult to remove the water jug without it dripping a little water on the floor. 2. It does not iron out the creases enough to wear them. You must touch up (I quite like the Tefal hand steamer with the suction for that). A touchup is needed for some edges of sleeves, depending on how the stitching distributes weight. 3. It is literally designed to be less good than earlier revisions. So basically, the original design was better. The new revision I received didn't even have a MAX mark for the water, and the poles have to be clipped in in a more awkward way than the original version. But that's not the worst of it. 4. The customer service sucks. These people know their device does not live up to their advertising, which is why they've created a new revision to cut costs. I bought this from them online expecting them to act in good faith. When I brought up this issue (a few days after my purchase), they replied a week later saying, "tough luck, you have not said the item was defective, so we will not be giving you a refund." Bear in mind I was clear about the device not performing as advertised. Their response was, in my opinion, a violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Avoid them like the plague! Avoid everything they make, because they have proven themselves to be anti-consumer.
