Review: These are great to use with my upcycled drip irrigators. - The picture shows the upcycled containers with YARN but some I used this rope to water on hot summer days. This is good stuff and thicker than the yarn I’ve been using.
Review: Fast, simple & easy to use. - These things wick water like there is no tomorrow. They work just as stated. Price was right and you get a lot. Make sure to get the size you need. the 1/4" is overkill for small pots. My plants are healthier for it. Great!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It worked
*by R***L on July 31, 2026*

I was a little bit skeptical that this would work, but glad it did. I was going to be starting some seeds but be gone for a week or so before transplanting. I cut some of this rope and threaded is through a hole in the container I would put the seed in before adding the soil and the seed. Had enough hanging at the bottom to put it in a large water reservoir. I did this with 3 pots. All plants survived, so it worked. I transplanted 2 and have 1 to go. I hoped I could reuse the rope but it doesn't look that way. But, still have lots left. I maybe used over 1 ft per plant but probably could have gotten away with less.
