Review: Good product but broke after 5 times using - broke after using it 5 times, my mom is a professional pastry chef and definitely knows how to use it
Review: Excellent Value for Home Baking - I’ve been using this stand mixer since Dec 2025 and it has met my expectations for a mixer in this price range. The motor is powerful enough and handles everything with ease — from cake batter to bread dough. Even at higher speeds, the mixer feels stable. The 8-speed control allows precise adjustment depending on the recipe. The 5L stainless steel bowl is spacious enough for two cakes and the rotation ensures thorough mixing. The tilt-up head makes it easy to add ingredients and change attachments without any hassle. Cleaning is also easy, as the bowl and attachments are easy to wash. Overall, this is a reliable, powerful, and versatile stand mixer that offers excellent performance at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for home bakers, cooking enthusiasts, and anyone looking to upgrade from a hand mixer.

### ⭐ STAY AWAY FROM iBELL - ZERO AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
*by D***S on 13 October 2025*

My Disappointing Experience with iBell Stand Mixer I'm writing this review to save fellow buyers from the frustration and financial loss I've experienced with iBell products. While the mixer seemed like a good deal initially, it has turned into a nightmare. The Problem My iBell stand mixer developed a critical safety issue - it now starts directly at maximum speed with no speed control. The speed control knob has completely stopped working, making the appliance dangerous to use. This happened within [timeframe - add your actual timeline]. The REAL Problem - Non-Existent Customer Support What's worse than a faulty product? A company that abandons you after taking your money. Here's what I encountered: No response to service requests - Multiple attempts to reach customer support went unanswered No service centers - Despite claims of nationwide service, finding an actual service center is impossible Unprofessional behavior - When I did manage to contact them, the response was dismissive and unhelpful Warranty is worthless - Even though my product is under warranty, there's no way to actually get service Zero accountability - The company shows no interest in standing behind their products. My Advice: Choose Established Brands Don't make my mistake. Spend a bit more and go with reputed brands that actually support their products: Better alternatives: Kenwood - Excellent service network KitchenAid - Industry standard with reliable support Bosch - Strong after-sales service Inalsa - Good Indian brand with service centers Philips - Reliable customer support Morphy Richards - Decent service network The Bottom Line iBell products might look attractive with their low prices, but you get what you pay for - or rather, you don't get support when you need it. A kitchen appliance is an investment. When it breaks (and they all eventually do), you need a company that will stand behind their product. iBell is NOT that company. Final Verdict ❌ Poor build quality ❌ Critical safety issues ❌ Zero customer support ❌ No service centers ❌ Worthless warranty ❌ Unprofessional company behavior DO NOT BUY iBELL PRODUCTS. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the frustration. Invest in a brand that values its customers.
