I only have a microwave so if it'll call for heating up a lot of water, I'm out of luck.** A: You mix the dry product with cold water until it dissolves, then cook alone in a pan or add to other dishes. Can be cooked in the microwave but as with real eggs, they will be different. Microwave on low heat and stir. The trick is to let them completely dissolve before you cook them, otherwise they will be lumpy and grainy. Hope this helps. **Q: how well does this work for all bake goods?** A: I didnt use it for baked goods. But I think it would mix well. The quantity you get for the amount of money is insane so I have not purchased again. But they did taste good **Q: Is it gluten free?** A: Gluten is found in some grains (not just wheat), so unless the ingredients list contains the name of a grain, you can be sure it is gluten free. I agree that the "gluten-free" claims on many products are a marketing ploy aimed at people who don't educate themselves on what gluten is. **Q: Can you mix the dry crystals directly in with the flour for bread baking? Without first reconstituting it?** A: I don't see why not.
