I usually take it daily, and it’s been consistent for performance and recovery, I can genuinely feel the difference during workouts.The only slightly annoying thing (which is the same with most powders, like protein) is finding the scoop in the tub, it can be buried at the start. Not a big issue, just worth mentioning.The price is really good for the amount you get, especially considering the quality. A 300g tub lasts a good amount of time (around 2 months), so it works out as great value compared to other brands.
