I think it is too strong for me , to much caffeine! I normally drink 3 cups of instant coffe per day. I wanted this to help me being less sleepy at work and improve my focus etc. On day 1 of taking this coffe bean tablets, I was super efficient and got plenty of stuff done! I was really impressed with myself. On day 2 I was also very good and not yawning constantly at work, managed to do a lot. On day 3 I was quite irritable, getting annoyed at work for silly reasons, getting a bit stroppy and short... in the evening of day 3 I was a total nightmare to my hubby! Extremelly irritable, restless, couldnt sit, was looking for a fight, everything was sooo horribly annoying and irritating me. We figured out it must be the new tablets. I stopped taking them and felt back to normal.
