Indication For hot therapy,put the product at hot water with the temperature no more than 180 F, you can heat up it in 2-5 minutes to reach your desired temperature. For cold therapy ,store compress in freezer for a minimum of one hour before use, or keep one compress in freezer for instant use.Storage Keep away from extreme heat and open flame.
