It is turned to grainy videos into excellent HD videos ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great, case clearance problems with good RCA cables *by P***S on February 5, 2026* Does its job to covert my old laserdisc RCA to HDMI. Best results are to upscale from 480 to 720. I would have given it a five but my one complaint is with the case. The RCA jacks have only enough clearance via the case for cheap cables. If you’re using monster cables or any other premium brand they will not work with case as is. I fixed this by filing the openings on the case to provide the necessary clearance and it’s fine. Not sure what the engineer that designed the case was thinking.
