Review: Mavericks - If you can find these on sale (40-50% off) AND they survive desertcarts shipping, you can’t beat these rods. Quality feel Review: Great Budget rod at 60$ price point. Durable value rod. - Fantastic rod for the 60$ price point. I have used and abused this rod for mostly bank striper fishing and it has held up well to some abuse over the last few months. It has landed some monsters ranging up to 30-40” with no issues. I don’t think the longevity is there it definitely has degraded over time from heavy use, but you can’t expect too much at the 60$ sale price. I honestly would not pay 100$ for this as I think there are better options at that price point but for 60$ it’s a phenomenal value. It is very well balanced, the action is OK and it bends pretty well with no issues for me thus far other than some small chunks of foam that came out of the handle. Ultimately, it’s hard not to like this rod for the sale price considering all the nice fish I’ve landed. These photos are just some of the biggest ones, there have been many others. ## Features - Specs: Heavy Fast Action, 7'3” Length, 10-20 lb. Line Weight, 1/4-1 oz.
