Fits most SDS Hammer drills. **Q: Does this work with sds max!** A: It works with sds But I definitelt do not recommend it I used it once and when reversed the bit spun in half. looked decent but was not. **Q: Can this fit into a 3/8" drill chuck?** A: Yes. The shaft that is threaded into the chuck will fit into a 3/8" drill chuck. In my case, I took the chuck off the shaft and installed it on my 1/2" drill that had a worn out chuck.
