I've tried calling Van Keppel and am always sent to voicemail, which is apparently a funny joke they play on folks because nobody ever returns my calls.UPDATE: 3/12/19It turned out to be a bit of a communication problem. When I got connected with the right person at Van Keppel they resolved the issue immediately. In the process they completely impressed me with their customer service. Emailed the supplier numerous times with no answer. Had to buy another charger from another company and use it. The legs sit to high up and have a weird lip on them that prevents it from using it on a lot of standard pallets. We have to use oversized pallets when we are going to need to use this pallet jack.
