A: No it"s LDPE

A: Not sure on this but it is great value,put mine in over a year ago and it is still really sturdy,i have had every bird and animal you can imagine in it and still as good as new.

**Q: Hi,  Could this be used as a privacy screen?**
A: its an opaque, "plastic" sheet, so as it is not possible to see through it, it could be used as a privacy screen... but it isnt pretty...
