Works great holding probes on fingers. - My finger probe felt a little loose and this helps keep it a bit tighter and not move as much. When I was using the sticky probes, the stickiness wore out so fast and these helped the probes last a little longer. These could also be used for other things. Not good. Rubber bands...too tight. Standard Velcro strips...too hard to get adjusted just perfectly. Medical tape...too messy and too painful to deal with every morning. These are great. They're not too bulky, and you can trim the length if they are too much for you. They have just the right amount of flex/elasticity to let you get them on tight without turning your finger into a ribbon. I don't know how long each one will last and work the way I want, but with 24 in a package, even if it's only a couple weeks, this is a full year's supply. (And they last a lot longer than that...I'm still using the first one out of the package, and I haven't noticed any loss of elasticity or holding power.)
