I use it primarily for my vape mod, phone, and earbuds. The thickness is actually thicker than the standard military cots, and WAY easier to set up, than a cot that assembles similarly. That last end bar on a military cot is awful. This cot opens up like any folding chair. As with anything with a folding chair design, the fail points would be the little aluminum pins at the joints. Keep a 2-4 zip ties handy, feed 2 through the hole that the pin was formerly occupying, and you're able to finish out your camp out, without sleeping on the ground. Highly recommend this one. The product dimensions states 74.8 inches which is under 6'3"** A: It cannot. The feet will be sticking out, but just a little. I was able to sleep a full night's sleep on the cot without issue. I bought this for when I stay at a friend's house or have company as an extra bed. Pros: * I can fold it up and take it down in less than 30s. It takes longer to * I like the raised head area, though it wasn't enough to not need a pillow. * Very sturdy, it didn't wobble getting in and out. * There were no crossbars that I was sleeping on, but see cons. Cons: * Even folded up, it is three times the size of an air mattress (and over double the size of my old military cot). It is bulky. This doesn't bother me with my current usage of it, but I would not take this cot backpacking; it is too big and heavy. * Even though there weren't any crossbars, I could still feel how it was supported; it wasn't a flat surface. It felt kind of wavy which felt a little odd, though it wasn't enough to prevent me from sleeping on it. * The carrying case is about an inch too short, and the tightener on the cord doesn't hold the bag closed. * This seems to be the case with all cots for me, but I have noticed if I don't put down a sleeping bag or blanket on it and I sleep on it, I find that I wake up sweating on top and frozen on the bottom. Would I buy this again? Yes. Is it more comfortable than a military style cot of similar size, is really easy to set up and take down. I started off with a military style cot, switched to an air mattress for more comfort which sprung a leak the third time I used it, and then bought this.
