Empfehle auf jeden Fall die 3,75 mm Dicke, vor allem für Fahrer die deutlich mehr als eine Stunde ohne Pause im Sattel sitzen und keine eingeschlafenen Hände wollen. Die mitgelieferten Klebestreifen für den Abschluss haben nicht die gewünschte Klebekraft, um dauerhaft den Abschluss des Lenkerbandes zu fixieren, gehen nach einiger Zeit wieder ab, habe sie entfernt und durch ein anderes ersetzen müssen, das ich separat gekauft habe. Nach 4 Wochen im Einsatz und über 30 Stunden auf dem Rad gibt es nichts negatives dazu zu sagen. Preis ist etwas hoch, mal sehen wie lange dieses Band hält.

Lenkerband macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, ist griffig, nimmt den Handschweiß auf der trotz der Handschuhe unweigerlich dort landet und gibt ihn wieder ab, lässt sich mit leicht feuchtem Tuch auch dauerhaft gut säubern. Die Auflagefläche für die Hände sind einigermaßen gepolstert, ich habe trotzdem darunter Gelstreifen aufgepackt und dann umwickelt. Empfehle auf jeden Fall die 3,75 mm Dicke, vor allem für Fahrer die deutlich mehr als eine Stunde ohne Pause im Sattel sitzen und keine eingeschlafenen Hände wollen. Die mitgelieferten Klebestreifen für den Abschluss haben nicht die gewünschte Klebekraft, um dauerhaft den Abschluss des Lenkerbandes zu fixieren, gehen nach einiger Zeit wieder ab, habe sie entfernt und durch ein anderes ersetzen müssen, das ich separat gekauft habe. Nach 4 Wochen im Einsatz und über 30 Stunden auf dem Rad gibt es nichts negatives dazu zu sagen. Preis ist etwas hoch, mal sehen wie lange dieses Band hält.

I’ve tried them all. I ride a lot of chip seal roads and gravel this is by far the best bar tape I’ve used. Easy to install, very durable, great cushioning without loss of feel, great grip. I do all my bikes with this, really the best out there, highly recommended.
