Just like a previous reviewer, I"m a 5'0" woman with a medium chest. I tried several other brands of plate carriers and had to return them as I couldn't make them work for me. I decided to try this one based on the other review from a person my size and this one works. I'm so glad I tried it. Seems very well made. I use it with a 20 lb plate from Go Ruck and it fits fine.I use it with the straps tightened almost all the way - meaning it would still fit a larger person if the straps are set looser. I also like that the chest strap is height adjustable. I had to raise it up a couple of settings from where it started from. Especially helpful for women.

Strong material.....fits well.....shoulder straps need more padding

Solid construction, holds weight plates securely. Performs precisely as described and is what I was looking for to ruck with.

My husband says it is comfortable. He is currently rucking with 30 lbs. Hopefully it is durable

Gratis quality construction and excelent materials

I got this because reviews said it was good for people and they were right. I’m 4’9”, 130 lbs and it works well for me. The only thing I found wrong was that the chest strap is useless because it lies in awkward spot but I don’t need it

I love this rucking pack. It fits perfectly. I’m 6’0” and it sits nicely on my upper back. Even at a jogging pace it sits securely. It definitely makes me use muscles I haven’t used in a while

The padded part of the straps is so long - if I want the pack to sit on my upper back, I have to tighten the shoulder straps all the way, and the chafing from the padded part under my arms is unbearable. The chest strap can supposedly be removed or put at a different height, but with the construction the way it is, I simply cannot get it to budge off.Immediate return. This does not fit a woman’s body, and is beyond difficult/impossible to adjust the chest strap. Guess this is why GoRuck is rated so highly and can demand a higher price tag.
