But since we had the size L he is happy. He has Alzheimer's disease, and does not want hernia operation. As his Lasting Power of Attorney I'm protecting and fighting for him. A GP was very unhappy and arranged a bone-density scan without my permission, saying she could overturn my legal rights for his best interest. But I know as his carer living with him 24 hours a day that he's mental side is much better when he has no medication and no examination. When he is agitated, angry and unhappy, I can't live by having my own mental balance destroyed. He's getting better and better by healthy diet, exercise, playing Jigsaws, frisbees, having fellowship with church and AA meetings....When he can communicate with him reasonably in this way I can give the first class care for him. He won't go to care home! He will stay at home to enjoy the last stage of his precious life at our home together! `it is possible. Not many people know this great fact.
