**Q: What does “clay” mean in the description?**
A: It's referring to Clay-Park Labs who was the manufacturer before they were acquired by Perrigo.

**Q: Is this ammonium lactate lotion 12% the same as a prescription?**
A: I didn't need a prescription to buy it. All I can say is it cleared up the scales on my legs from dry skin. Now I use Vanicream, which is a little cheaper.

**Q: What size pump can be inserted instead of flip top?**
A: Any standard pump should work

**Q: Do the bottles come with a tamper resistant sticker over the opening of the bottle?**
A: Per my recent two- pack lotion order, the bottles do not have a tamper resistant sticker over the opening of the bottle.  They came in a sealed top plastic bag.

If I could give this lotion 10+ stars I would!! I have suffered from ichthyosis a rare skin condition since I was born and have tried so many lactate 12% lotions. The ingredients can minimally vary between the lotions but it makes a significant difference with my skin. This lotion lasts longer, no itching, not too thick where it takes forever to put on, it works amazing. My skin condition will never go away but at age 40 I feel good about my skin again. Thank you for making such an amazing product. I will be subscribing!
