Thanks **Q: Can you use soapy water to apply these with a spreader** A: I just peeled the paper from the back and stuck it on. Not sure why you would use soapy water as it would wash adhesive off I would think. **Q: Is it peel the tank side of the decal & stick & peel off top cloudy film & done? Can I ever remove them to use them elsewhere? If not removable.** A: Yes, peel up decal with overlay tape off of backing paper, then apply decal to surface, once applied remove overlay tape leaving only the decal.
