**Q: Does the headrest come with it or must it be purchased separately?**
A: Chair comes with the headrest

**Q: Is this an authentic Herman Miller chair with serial number and 12 year warranty or a knock off?**
A: Authentic. This is one of my best purchases. I also swapped out the wheels to the rollerblade type as I have hardwood floors and it moves very easily.

**Q: what is the lowest hight of seat?**
A: I have not measured but it adjust to where I can’t get that low. Great chair, really am happy with it.

**Q: What is the return policy? Do you have to pay return shipping or a restocking fee?**
