It works well, putting out the voltage exactly where I'd expect it to be. The only thing I'm a bit confused about is their pricing schedule. $80 for the 1000 watt, $90 for the 1500 watt, and $90 for the 2500 watt. For the price difference, I really don't recommend the 1000 watt version when the 2500 watt version can be had for $10 more over the 1000 watt and the same price (for some reason) as the 1500 watt. I would only get the 1000 watt version if you absolutely know you'll never, ever need the 1500+ watts for $10 more bucks. Which seems silly to me.
