I received this face and neck mask for Mother’s Day and started using them right away. I am using it four days a week for 15 minutes, but I vary between the colors. I use the red for wrinkles. I used five minutes of Blue for any acne and I use five minutes of Green for some age spots, so far I have seen an improvement in the small amount of acne I do get and some of my age spots seem to be getting lighter in just a couple of weeks. I took a before picture and in eight weeks I will take an after picture, but I am extremely happy with my purchase.
