Review: Definitely thermogenic - This product makes a lot of claims as to what it does. I'm always a little skeptical of that. Like, how much of any ingredient can you fit into a few capsules and have it be an effective amount? Test boosters are especially suspect to me in this regard because the only true way to know effectiveness is through lab tests. Of course, different products can make us feel more energized, etc., so anecdotally we might feel like something is working. In a real sense, that's ok, too. The placebo effect is real. If something makes me feel like things are improving, I'm all for it. I can't speak directly to the test boost for this, as I won't be getting labs done over a supplement and honestly I haven't used these long enough to create a cumulative effect on test levels. However, what I can say with absolute certainty is that for me these are amazingly thermogenic and energizing. I can tell that my body temp is up. 30 minutes after taking these, I'm not quite sweating, but can tell that I'm right on the edge of it. Within a minute or two of starting my workout, I start sweating quite a bit, and it goes on throughout my workout. After cool down, it goes back to that "almost sweating" state, and that continues for a good part of the day. Higher body temp = higher metabolism, so that claim is solid as well. Energy-wise, I feel more alert and ready-to-go than I usually would with 150mg of caffeine, so there's a synergistic effect from the ingredients. I took the 4-capsule recommended dose, but I'm going to back it down to 3 and see how that goes. I'm not quite jittery with 4 capsules, but much like the sweating, I feel like I'm on the edge of being jittery and uncomfortable. That's a little higher state than I prefer for an average day that doesn't include a lot of physical work. All things considered, I'm very happy with the performance of this product as it relates to the effects on thermogenesis and energy, which ultimately lead to fat burning. If I get some cumulative test boost over time, that would be an added bonus.

This product makes a lot of claims as to what it does. I'm always a little skeptical of that. Like, how much of any ingredient can you fit into a few capsules and have it be an effective amount? ### ⭐ Bad side effects for me

This was my first time using a thermogenic supplement and it didn’t go well. I will say I’m usually warmer than other people even in cold conditions but this supp made me sweat like a pig. It wasn’t just a mild body temp boost, it was uncomfortably warm and I sweated everywhere. It also gave me bowel issues and I had a horrible pounding headache the morning after (took it at breakfast the day before as directed). I didn’t take it for 2 days and felt normal, and then tried it again with food, and the results were exactly the same. I’m sure it increases your metabolism based on the effects but it’s not worth it to me
