Mine was missing a few screws; I did not called the company to get replacements. The drawer is fantastic with ball bearing races but you cannot install the drawer if you are going to mount a vise or a reloading press on the bench. The bench is real wood; I don't know what its called; made out of strips of real wood glued together; solid as a rock; I drilled 3/8" holes thru mine to bolt on a "rockchucker" reloading press. I made careful measurements of the pre drilled holes for installing the drawer and plan to use the drawer under another work bench. It is a beautiful drawer, eh? I would suggest to Seville that they make the drawer 1/2 size and provide 2 sets of pre drilled holes so we could mount the drawer on either side leaving room to mount a vise or reloading press. It took me all day to assemble it minus the drawer; I started with the bench up side down on a table; I did need help once I had the legs on it to set it on the floor and to move it into position when completed. (I am an 80 year old over weight disabled veteran, eh?) I normally don't consult instructions but you will find it help full to follow them on this bench. I used an electric screw driver; I tested the provided wrench and it will work; it also works great to level the bench; a full size open end wrench won't fit in there to do that. Back panel extends 28" up from bench top for total height of 66". This is a great workbench, well built, perfect for small space. Helps to have electric outlet behind it or nearby. Very highly recommended. **Q: Has anybody drilled this thing to install a vise?** A: I have not installed a vise, but I would not have any hesitation as long as the vise was being used for drilling, planing, etc. I would not use it for high torque uses such as bending strap steel, etc. **Q: What is the height to the underside of the drawers? I want to slide a tool box below the bench** A: I raised my bench about 3/8" (using the adjustable feet), which brings the bottom of the drawers to 30.5" above the floor. (This puts the top of the wood table 37.5" above the floor) Hope this helps you! **Q: Is this bench stable enough to use with a reloading press? Is it stable and sturdy or can you shake it around?** A: This will absolutely hold a reloading setup. My Buddy has a 1050 press with a case and bullet feeder installed. I couldn't be happier. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High quality at a great price *by R***. on April 21, 2021* After buying numerous items from Seville Classics it is clear that they consistently make high quality "assemble it yourself" products. Instructions are clear, everything fits together easily and the components are sturdy and well made. It's also clear that considerable effort has been devoted to designing for functionality and durability. They've also nearly nailed the biggest drawback in the whole process, the trauma inflicted by UPS, FedEx, etc. in shipment. Packages have been received with exterior trauma that looks like the product within would be fatally damaged, but the design of the packaging kept it safe. Shamefully (to the shipping companies) surviving the gauntlet dealt to the package requires considerable usage of styrofoam. If you like what you see from Seville, buy it! I cannot speak to customer service since I've never had to use it.
