Some I put the pump into a separate box and hauled it all to the UPS store. They could not ship both boxes as I was sent only label. They assured me that the desertcart seller would provide another label. So, I shipped the pool and ask this vendor for a second label. They refused even after I contacted desertcart customer service. The only offered to give me a partial refund of $40. Very unhappy. It was a lot of work setting up and then taking it down and shipping it back. Here is the message: Hello, I'm sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, we are only able to send the same number of return labels as your order was originally shipped in. In this case, we are only able to provide one prepaid FedEx return label. It was easy to set up. There were no tears or leaks. The sides do budge out as it fills up , making it not as deep, but that is to be expected with this type of pool. The only thing I don’t like is the filter I do plan on getting a different one. This filter is just too weak and doesn’t seem to do a whole lot. Other than that, the pool is great and we have enjoyed it so far this summer.
