Lupini is a great way to give your salad more protein. SIMPLI is a lot cheaper than the pickled brined versions of the lupini which are usually smoother. Because (SIMPLI brand )has them presoaked and then dried they do cook way faster than receiving lupini dried beans that are not presoaked. From what I hear it takes an extreme amount of time.
