Great and very rich flavour, very strong so use VERY sparingly……as otherwise overpowering and VERY salty. Add in what seems like tiny ammounts, tasting as you go and then very tasty and clearly a little goes a long way. Good value - clearly a product designed for chefs (as I used to be) and catering but adapt quantities and almost everlasting supply in the home kitchen. Dissolves easily in warm or hot food or liquids. Tried a very thin smear on hot, buttered toast and it was really nice!
