## Description

Review: I definitely like it - I think this tag holder is genius. It’s secure and easy to understand for my mom... I bought two more for myself after I gave it to her. It’s a little... ok a lot big/thick for the holes on most tags. Basic tags like rabies tags from the state and city registration tags don’t fit without drilling. Aluminum is so easy to drill a bigger hole into, but I understand if you don’t have power tools or steel bits or the desire or time to do this. As you can tell from my picture, a split ring still works. (I actually didn’t drill that one because I wanted a unique jingle for each dog.) Also, as you can tell from my picture, I had the hubris to heed the warnings of the sage reviewers before me. I bought what’s called a Hex Bar dog tag (from another site for small shops selling handmade goods, hint hint) at a price lower than that one store Where The Pets Go, OR the one that rhymes with GetCart... anyway, this bar tag is very very wide (and has the plus side of 5 lines of text). Which means that if the pegs in the tag holder do rust or separate, or have a gap for whatever reason, it will take it at least 1/4” of finagling before it lets go, which is less likely to happen because I: keep my tag collars clean and dry, and tighten the screw every time I put a leash on. (Remember that drill? I added a homemade 1/2” aluminum tag to the handle of my leash, which acts perfectly as both a leash ID just in case I leave it somewhere, and works as a flathead screwdriver for this tag holder.) This might be overkill. This might be too much effort for you. If you think it is, use a normal split ring tag holder. My mom doesn’t have Sally Henson nails of steel, so she couldn’t use the rings that came with her city tags at all, much less twice every year. And me? I just think it’s pretty. Promise I’ll report back if it breaks!
Review: Great product! Holds 3 tags securely. - I bought this because the split ring I originally had on our dog's collar got bent somehow and when she was scratching her neck, it cut her toe pad open! I bought these for all 3 of our dogs and have had them on for 2 months now. So far, so good! Our rescues are very active and rough house quite a bit. These tagabiners have stayed secure through it all! I also like to change out their collars for the different holiday seasons, so switching will now be a breeze... with no more chipped or broken nails for me lol. Very happy!
