This is clean food and you can taste it. A little 1/2 cup serving with milk is very satisfying. The chocolate bits add just enough sweetness. Be warned, when I say "sweet" I mean relatively. People accustomed to eating standard american sugar cereals will probably find this plain. My kids tried a little and were not impressed with the flavor lol. My favorite part of this is how easy it is to eat. A lot of granola or museli I tried before were very hard/ crunchy and difficult for me to eat. But this one is easy to eat.
