**Q: does it dispaly celcius range?**
A: Hello Patrick. Yes, Temperature Range: -40° to 302°F (-40° to 150°C) and °F / °C Switchable.

**Q: includes the probe or just the thermisor**
A: This unit includes both.

**Q: Is this NSF approved?**
A: There is no problem, I guess. NSF should check that the thermometer is certified by an accredited laboratory. And that is a commitment from the supplier.
