They didn't had a drill and I didn't brought mine. So, I screwed in without pilot hole. At one spot the wall was a bit thicker. After applying a bit more force the screw head snapped. The rest bit staying in a wall. So, I had to find different screw and a bit improvise to be able to put the decorative pin. The provided screws are unique, don't snapped them. Install them carefully even if you have a drill to avoid disappointment, improvising or dealing with exchange. Overall, great value for money. The hooks looks great, feels decent quality. You get 2x of them. Can hang plenty of jackets.
