I mean there has to be an easier way of cleaning that thing on out. Right?** A: I suggest a funnel orTurkey baster. There are in fact easier ways however less effective. **Q: How hot is it compared to something like tabasco?** A: As compared to ORIGINAL Tabasco, I would say maybe 10% hotter, but the flavor profile is very different so the relative "hotness" is hard to compare. Bottom line; if you like the burn you get from Tabasco then this will be in your wheelhouse. **Q: How many Scoville Units is this sauce?** A: It is about 85,000 Scovilles. It utilizes the scotch bonnet pepper, and it is a Caribbean mustard sauce with the recipe having been imported from Barbados. Very good on pork, ham, fish, shrimp, chicken, etc. **Q: I love this stuff but I don't see a "best by" date. What is the shelf life?** A: Best buy dates are just a way to get sellers of products to rotate stock and buy more. This will last a couple of years after opening if refrigerated.
