It’s a good pump and fits well onto the 1883 syrup bottles however, you do have to press down quite firmly when you’re installing it on the bottle. You need to press down until it clicks in place. This installation might be a bit difficult for people with mobility issues, but once it’s in it feels sturdy. I can’t speak about leakage as I have the bottle standing upright, and wouldn’t use a pump if I was planning on storing the bottle lying down. The cleaning instructions are easy to understand, the pump is simple to use once installed, it looks nice on the kitchen counter, and I imagine it’ll be simple to change to a new bottle once the one I have is finished. Would recommend. ## Frequently Bought Together - 1883 Routin Syrup Pump, For Plastic Bottles, 1 Each - 1883 Coffee Syrup, Vanilla Syrup for Drinks, Made in France, 1 Liter Glass Bottle - 1883 Coffee Syrup, Vanilla Syrup for Drinks, Made in France, 1 Liter Plastic Bottle --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/624069175-1883-maison-routin-no-drip-8ml-syrup-pump-fits-1](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/624069175-1883-maison-routin-no-drip-8ml-syrup-pump-fits-1) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
