With their precisely honed 16°V-shape sharpening, these blades minimize cutting resistance, while the meticulously hand-ground open edges ensure exceptional sharpness, enabling effortless and precise slicing of food. - Durability and Comfort: The wooden handle and blade is reinforced by three thickened rivets, guaranteeing the elimination of handle breakage and ensuring unrivaled sturdiness and long-lasting durability. The balanced handle offers exceptional control, enabling every cutting task to be executed with efficiency and ease. From slicing vegetables, meats, fruits, and filleting fish, to expertly handling cooked meats and even chopping cartilage, these knives excel in every culinary endeavor. - Care and Maintenance: Due to the high carbon content of these hand-forged knives, pls clean them by hand. Avoid leaving acidic or alkaline substances on the blades for an extended period. Keeping the knives dry after use ensures their longevity.
