I’m trying to find a way to contact the manufacturer, but I can’t. I used it about once or twice a week and charged it with a green work branded charger and it simply won’t work anymore. Review: Don't buy this battery - 0-stars. Don't buy this battery. Waste of money, it's going in the trash. Gave the battery more than enough time to charge before first use, was able to mow just a few strips of lawn before it gave out and stopped working. Battery had been showing full when I first started mowing and when it stopped working it was still showing half... but wasn't working anymore. Connection and everything else was good. My original battery worked fine so it definitely wasn't the mower itself. ## Features - [ High Performance ] Type: Lithium-ion | Voltage: 40V | Capacity: 6500mAh | Watt: 260Wh, Replacement for Greenworks 40V Battery,Compatible with Greenworks G-MAX 40V Lawn Mower Tools - [ Instructions ] Replacement 40v Greenworks battery and charger for Greenworks 40V battery 29472 29462. RECOMMENDED *by D***4 on December 27, 2025* These work well and are easy to install in my genuine Greenworks backpack blower and their 5 amp fast charger. I tried several other replacement batteries which were extremely difficult to get in or out. Furthermore several other brands will not charge to the full 4 light level. I also have the genuine Greenworks 5 amp battery and purchased 2 of the POWLLING 40V 6.5Ah which work great. The Powlling ones sell at a reasonable price. They are great - buy them ## Frequently Bought Together - Powilling 6.5Ah Battery Replacement for Greenworks 40V Battery 29472 29462, Compatible with Greenworks 40V G-MAX Power Tools 29252 20202 22262 25312 25322 20642 - Greenworks 40V Cordless String Trimmer + Leaf Blower Combo Kit, 2.0Ah Battery and Charger Included --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/622097234-6-5ah-battery-replacement-for-greenworks-40v-battery-29472-29462](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/622097234-6-5ah-battery-replacement-for-greenworks-40v-battery-29472-29462) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
