My wife had mice in her house and I used this stuff to fill the various holes. A mouse can get through a hole the sie of your little finger and a rat the size of your thumb. So, filling gaps and voids is critical. This material is easily cut into sections that you can then pack into any opening, which is them caulked, plastered or covered with a timber moulding. This stuff is worth its weght in gold, I strongly recommend its use for this type of problem. Not mice or rats since installing.
