All the movements and Taos are executed beautifully by Dr Yang & his pupils on the DVD, the written & verbal instructions & explanations of what to do, what not to do & why are sensibly & clearly given by Dr Yang.The coaching by Dr Yang on the DVD is easy to follow.The book is easy to understand & very explicit;  the photos of ALL Dr Yang's movements are clear & concise .Dr Yang is a great master, an excellent teacher & obviously a warm & understanding human being.Training with the DVD at home by yourself or with friends is a real pleasure; AND one feels physically & mentally great afterwards!.Expensive but worth every penny. I highly recommend this book with the DVD to all Tai Chi Chuan and/or Martial Arts practitioners - complete beginners or more advanced of ALL ages.

This DVD more than met my expectations. Anyone who aspires to learning Tai Chi would benefit from watching it. It is divided into separate sections, explaining the Why and the How. The philosophy and aims, the practical application and, importantly, it teaches Tai Chi moves in great and clear detail.This is not a DVD you rush through for a quick 20 minute daily exercise. It is far more than that. Highly recommend for those who want to begin to understand Tai Chi and aspire to learn the moves. The demonstration section is an absolute joy to watch, as perfect as it will ever get.Recommend!!!
