After a long search, I can now sing on karaoke websites! Keep up the good work Amazon and Philips? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Does what it's supposed to *by D***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 September 2014* This is a low-to-medium spec mono mic intended for karaoke. If you intend to connect this to a stereo socket, you are strongly advised to buy a 3.5mm mono female jack socket to 3.5mm stereo plug adapter (they cost about £1 on e-bay). This will ensure that both channels (which will be the same mono sound) come out at the same volume. I use mine as a stopgap PA mic and in particular to plug into my computer for use with voice recognition software. It's a very robust item and good value.
