Not a lot of powder and tastes really sweet
There was only about half of the powder in the container. Not sure if that's the correct amount, but the canister is extremely large for only half the powder. Also this tastes sweeter than the Fruit Punch flavor. I want to try other flavors.As for health benefit, I'm not sure either, but "they" say BCAA supplements are supposed to be good for workout recovery and helps with protein synthesis. So we'll see where this leads.

Harmful ingredients
FD&C Yellow No. 5, FD&C Red No. 40, and Sucralose are all terrible for you. “Natural and Artificial Flavors” is also an ingredient loophole to put additional unknown or harmful chemicals into a product without having to specify what they are.I made the mistake of thinking the supplement facts in the second photo were the full ingredients.
