Using from last two weeks, it's is a good product from Hitachi, effective ac and cooling is good. Pro. Room will chilled in few min with power mode. Ambient light effect to understand better. Long flow with effective cooling. Remote having light to easy use in night Con. Don't have swing mode... You have to set manually They don't provide cooling mode Indoor unit don't have no light Overall a good product in price range.... Fully satisfied with Hitachi ac
