Fortunately, the pole adapter for the Gen 3 has 6 adjusting screws to tighten it, hoping it holds. Just have not found anything else yet for the Gen 3.UPDATE: I drilled out the rivets for the Starlink Gen 2 adapter and now it fits much better. Overall, it's a solid pole. I used the flagpole buddy to attach it to the ladder. My big question now is how secure is the pole adapter for the Gen 3. Would be nice if this came with some cable holders/straps. Seems they could have engineered something that would be stronger.
