I usually fill 16oz size cup, to about 10 ounces, for best flavor. Arrives in 6 individual boxes of 4 packets. They accidentally sent chicken flavor once, and it tasted like dirt - had to throw away.

This is one of the best bone broths I’ve tried. Like other reviews have noted, it smells and tastes kind of like grilled steak. This helps make up for the flavor needing a little salt…but the low sodium level is why I got it. Definitely easy to drink compared to other bone broths I’ve tried, some with much higher sodium content, which still taste bland and don’t have an appealing aroma. Makes for a warm and satisfying morning mug of broth as a breakfast substitute, which I actually look forward to having. It’s too early to tell if I’ve gotten any health benefits from it, but the fact that I enjoy it and look forward to having a mug of it is already a major plus.
