Other time I was baffled by it. I used a rubber roller to firmly apply pressure to the tape. A few days later some spot came off the painted wall. I hastily attempted to re-affix the tape by removing the portion that was not well adhered and moved it to the side slightly with minimal pressure applied to keep it in place. When attempting to move the tape again it took the paint off the wall. How? It was applied with firm pressure and didn't take off the paint, then applied with light pressure and took the paint off the wall. Frustrating/Confusing. Be careful I guess. ### ⭐⭐ Didn't stick to wood. Not sticking well to plastic *by L***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 21, 2018* A weak adhesive on this tape. The application was to hold plastic securely to the window frame for winterizing front porch. (bought to avoid using staples all around the plastic) After buying 2 rolls , ended up using staples anyway. The tape did not stick at all to painted wood frame around windows so we stapled one side (loop-side) on the wood. There It initially stuck to the plastic sheeting that we used (20 gauge marine plastic) but came off within a month. The actual loop and hook part of this tape works but it didn't stick to anything in our application. I used this to replace a skirt around the roof of a golf cart but did not hold! It had previously been held on by Velcro but deteriorated over the last 10 years. Very disappointed.
