This particular brand is one of my favorites. I first purchased it at the sindyanna Coop when I traveled to Israel. I highly recommend it. **Q: seller: can you describe taste/smell differences between Unified and Peaceful? (not asking about organic status, just taste and smell.)** A: They are both organic although it’s in large letters on only one. I think the Peaceful has a slightly lighter flavor. They are very similar - for me, not enough of a difference to make me pick one over the other. Both have a very light flavor and no after taste. I don’t really know how to describe the smell- it’s not heavy.
