DOES NOT come with a strap, which is a shame because it is a main reason I chose it. I need it for yoga, and this is not grippy, and it's also too thick for yoga poses. More suitable for gym training. Seller is charging me return shipping for the refund, which seems unfair since 1). It's not a yoga mat, as advertised, and 2). Is a little hard to balance on for some yoga moves.
