Once the cap is off you will see either a Phillips head screw or four tabs depending on the age. Either remove the screw or press the tabs down to release the bar to install this holder. **Q: Does this handheld shower head holder come in brushed nickel? I need to replace mine, it is cracking** A: Yes it does. I have one in my bathroom which I installed in 2001.
