For the price tag this unacceptable. ### ⭐ NEMO's Customer Service and Warranty are Trash *by on Reviewed in the United States February 17, 2026* I’m extremely disappointed with the NEMO Sleeping Pad, not just because of the product failure, but because of how shockingly bad the customer service and warranty process has been.The valve failed early on, making the pad unusable. This is a premium-priced sleeping pad, so a critical failure like that is already unacceptable. What’s worse is everything that followed. I submitted a warranty claim and sent the pad in, expecting a reasonable turnaround. That was a mistake.It has now been over six months, and I still do not have my product back. Communication has been slow, vague, and unhelpful. I’ve had to follow up repeatedly, only to get non-answers or promises that go nowhere. For a brand that markets itself as high-quality and trustworthy, this level of service is embarrassing.A sleeping pad is a seasonal, trip-critical item. Keeping a customer without their gear for half a year effectively makes the warranty meaningless. At this point, it feels less like a warranty and more like a black hole where products and accountability disappear.Between the faulty valve and the extremely poor customer service and warranty turnaround time, I cannot recommend this pad or trust NEMO as a company.
